FAQ

What can we expect during the session?

Once your session is booked, we’ll discuss the best location and time together. On the day, I’ll guide you through the shoot in a relaxed, natural way — no stiff posing. My goal is to capture real, heartfelt moments. After the session, you’ll receive a private online gallery to select your favorite images.

What should we wear for our session?

Wear something comfortable that reflects who you are. Neutral, coordinated tones (without busy patterns or large logos) work best outdoors. I’ll gladly send you a simple styling guide ahead of the session if you’d like inspiration.

How long does it take to get our photos?

Within 1–2 weeks, you’ll get access to a password-protected online gallery to choose your favorite images. Final edited photos will be delivered digitally in high resolution, ready to download and print.

Do you offer albums or prints?

Yes. I offer a selection of high-quality prints and custom-designed photo albums, printed in Europe. You can order them directly from your online gallery after selecting your favorite images, or I can assist you personally if you’d like something bespoke.

What if the weather is bad?

If the weather doesn't cooperate (e.g. heavy rain or strong wind), we’ll simply reschedule at no extra cost. I always aim to ensure the best experience and light for your photos.

What happens if we need to cancel or reschedule our session?

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible. You can reschedule once at no extra cost if you give at least 5 days' notice. For cancellations within 5 days, 50% of the session fee will be charged.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

If you're running late, we'll still make the most of the remaining time, but sessions can't be extended.

Bad weather? No problem — we’ll reschedule at no extra cost.

Can grandparents or friends join us?

Yes! You're welcome to bring grandparents or close friends to be part of the session. There’s no extra charge for additional people — just let me know in advance so I can plan the flow of the shoot accordingly.

Do you travel outside of Zürich?

Yes, I do. Travel within the city of Zürich is included in the session price. For locations beyond 20 km, a small travel fee of 1 CHF per km applies. I’m happy to explore beautiful spots throughout Switzerland with you — just get in touch to discuss your ideas.
